About Me
Dr. Jeremy Bailey was born and raised in a small town in Texas and has always had dreams of navigating big cities. So it comes as no surprise that he chose to get there by airplane. After graduating from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, or what aviation industry insiders call the “Harvard of the Sky,” he embarked on an illustrious career spanning an entire decade plus. Amid developing his career, his penchant for constant self-betterment allowed him to earn his MBA and graduate from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University again.
During his professional tenure, he has honed his skills through managing both administrative and analytical tasks as an Operations Intern at General Electric, Financial Analyst at Boeing, Senior Aircraft Engine Maintenance Specialist at Collins Aerospace, Senior Manager of Global Strategic Supply Chain at Bell Helicopter, Manager of Project Management and Planning Operations and currently Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering at Lockheed Martin.
Dr. Jeremy Bailey has a Ph.D. in Aviation Business Administration where his research orbits organizational development and effectiveness, with a passion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the workplace.
Believing that success is not about what one acquires but rather what they give back, he currently serves at Dallas College as an Adjunct Professor for the School of Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering, Adjunct Professor of Business at Tarrant County College, as well as Associate Professor of Business at Strayer University where he not only teaches his students, but also inspires them to learn.
